Terms & Conditions:

1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of the payment gateway services (the "Services") provided by Dr. Jasneet, Thrivecare Clinic, from now on referred to as the "Provider."

2. Scope of Services

2.1 The Thrivecare Clinic agrees to integrate the Payment Gateway of PhonePe as the payment gateway to facilitate online payments for medical services rendered by the Dr. Jasneet.

2.2 The Services provided by PhonePe are subject to their terms and conditions, which the Provider acknowledges and agrees to adhere to.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Thrivecare Clinic must be a registered and licensed healthcare professional or entity eligible to receive online payments for medical services.

4. Payment Processing

4.1 The Thrivecare Clinic acknowledges that PhonePe will process payments made by patients for the medical services provided by the Provider.

4.2 The Thrivecare Clinic is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the transaction amounts and patient information submitted for payment processing.

5. Security and Compliance

5.1 The Thrivecare Clinic agrees to implement and maintain robust security measures to protect patient information and payment details.

5.2 The Thrivecare Clinic shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to data protection and online transactions.

6. Fees and Charges

6.1 The Thrivecare Clinic shall pay any fees or charges associated with using the payment gateway services, as specified in the agreement with PhonePe.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 The Thrivecare Clinic is responsible for handling any refunds or cancellations of medical services in accordance with its established refund policy.

8. Indemnification

8.1 The Thrivecare Clinic agrees to indemnify and hold PhonePe harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from using the payment gateway services.

9. Termination

9.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party.

10. Governing Law

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

12. Acceptance
